We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse and will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

NOTE: We don't charge for free shipping and we don't include any single penny in original cost. We arrange some space in our container and ship the items for free sometime it may take longer. We don't refund for late shipping.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us. If you picked free shipping, for some free shipping tracking number is not available.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request ones no matter the reason. If we approved a refund you must send the unused item in original packing at your own expense, once we get the product we inspect them and refund your money.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 10-90 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of online brands (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster such as covid-19).
- if the colors are little different of products because of screen resolution.

*You can submit refund requests within 2 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (10-90 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page. If parcel arrives before 90 days you will have 2 days from the date it arrived.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. Or we will send you e-transfer.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

And so, the order was a month and a half, but here the fault and our post office, 2 weeks of holidays as in any way. Sofa for 5 seats, decided to order first 2 local, the back is available but I do not need it and I set it inside. The sofa is dark red, the cover itself is dark crimson, but the sofa looks OK. From the left to the whole seat spread the fabric for the armrest, when the part comes to 3 saddles (already ordered) then of course the part for the armrest will fill in inside. Everyone is happy. The fabric looks so that there will be spools after washing. But from what we were looking for this is the only thing that came to us by parameters. (if the other fabrics were red, then I would take another fabric). I did not communicate with the store. The back has elastic bands for fastening at the back.
So, the material quickly rolls down

The back is bad, is broken when you try to stretch to place well, but of measure and that going well.
Fits the description
I am very happy with the package received. It has arrived much earlier than expected and coincides with the announced on its page. Very good store, good to shop, I recommend.

I order for the second time. Sofa for 5 seats so I ordered first two then three. If you do not put on the back, it looks even better, for the winter so far we dress and on the back of the TC sofas are leather and cold. For such a price are satisfied. But if the red colors would be other fabrics then they would take. After the first wash, all the norms, but it is clear that the fabric is such that spools will form. I hope it will last longer.
