  • The item you received was not as described (in this scenario you will need to send us back our product then we will check it before refund).
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

Why Shipping takes too long?

We don’t charge any single penny for shipping and don’t include shipping cost in product cost. Our free shipping is absolutely free, then how we ship if we don’t charge… That’s so simple, we arrange a space in our container which we send to store owner in your country because they order in bulk quantity. When that container arrives in your country we send your parcel to domestic post office that’s how you save your money using our free shipping.

Why i am not getting refund?

Our all sales are final sales however in some conditions we refund you for example your parcels are taking too long but due to some reasons which are not in our hand such as covid-19. Now a days shipping companies have shortage of man power and that is why they can’t deliver on time in this situation online brands don’t refund at all. If you receive the damaged product you have to send us images and videos within 2 days (after date when it arrives) then we will tell you how and when you can send us package at your own cost, if we find the item or product was damaged before it arrives we will refund you.
